Marshfield Community Theatre Presents: Disney’s High School Musical On Stage!
Marshfield, MO – June 2024 – Marshfield Community Theatre (MCT) is thrilled to announce its upcoming production of Disney’s High School Musical On Stage! Audiences of all ages are invited to join the fun at the Carl & Glessie Young Auditorium, where Troy, Gabriella, and the East High crew will bring the beloved story to life.
The show will run for just one weekend, with show dates including June 27-29 at 7 PM, and June 30 at 3 PM.
The dynamic cast features a slew of talented teens and adults. Several cast members are local to Marshfield, but MCT is also excited to have cast members from across Southwest Missouri involved as well! The show promises high-energy dance numbers, catchy songs, and a heartfelt message about friendship and staying true to oneself. Produced with enthusiasm and creativity, this production is sure to be a hit with the entire family.
“Our cast has worked incredibly hard and shown immense dedication to bringing this show to life. I am deeply grateful to the entire team for their unwavering support and commitment,” said Kristen Walker, the show’s director.
High School Musical On Stage is the second show in MCT’s 21st season this year, following a successful anniversary season in 2023. The largest show in the season, It is set to be fun, energetic, and memorable.
“We are grateful to our community for helping us reach our 21st season. High School Musical is the perfect show for performers to learn and grow, and MCT continues to shape our community through the performing arts,” said Angie Hoffman, the 2024 Board President for MCT.
Tickets are now available for purchase at Marshfield Community Theatre’s website. Don’t miss out on this spectacular event! Online tickets are $15 for adults and $7.50 for youth (plus an online processing fee). Tickets will go to $20 and $10 at the door. Tickets can be purchased online at marshfieldtheatre.org.
